Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, The fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one’s youth.

Now He is Six

I turned six years old this summer. My birthday presents excited me - Mommy and Daddy gave me legos (they were one of my favorite presents).

I did not school at all on my birthday and I got to play all day with my brothers, sisters, and neighbor friends. Of course, I got hurt (Note- Elijah is one of our 'injury-children') by scraping my leg on the sprinkler, but it ended up being all right.

I picked out my own birthday dinner. I ate hamburgers, salad, frenchfries and soda.

My favorite part of the meal was the soda.

I told my Mom that I wanted chocolate cake with Woody & Buzz and a ring of fire around them.

I blew out all six candles, but not in one blow.

The cake tasted so good. It was a very, very, very good birthday!
That's all!
