Saturday afternoon found us visiting the dear C. family on their farm in Virginia. We "city folk" (suburbs, really) had a wonderful time exploring their farm, visiting the animals, and spending time with our friends. One of the many highlights of the day was watching the horses and feeding them alfalfa treats. Eleah and Elijah especially appreciated petting the horses, though Susannah was a bit intimidated by their size.
