Our Fall's Lake Picnic

In July, Mama & Daddy treated their daughters to a delightful day at Falls Lake.

No brothers, no chores, just a lovely picnic and an afternoon spent together as sisters and daughters.

The weather and scenery were lovely and, sitting around in our folding chairs, munching on chicken salad sandwiches and other such goodies, we simply enjoyed each other's company.

After our lunch and Bible reading, we took a short walk to the water, wet our toes, took some photos, and observed some recent animal prints in the sand.

We had such a delightful afternoon and were very happy for the time spent together - just us girls and our dear parents.
