Saturday, March 20th, 2010 ~ Our family had the privilege of attending the wedding of David Brown and Monica Daming. David is the son of one of our church elders, Scott Brown; and Monica has been a dear friend of mine since we began attending Hope Baptist a few years ago. I was honored to attend as a bridesmaid along with Monica's four sisters and David's two sisters.
The church was filled with guests from all over the nation- from Texas to New York, Florida to California. It was certainly the largest wedding we have been to.
Exchange of vows
The ceremony was beautiful in its simplicity and in its clear presentation of the gospel. It was truly the bride and groom's wish to let a clear gospel message be heard as their new roles are a picture of Christ and His bride, the Church.
